We want every guest who stays with us to feel nice and carefree. In order to avoid possible inconveniences, we kindly ask you to take a few minutes and familiarize yourself with the house rules.

By confirming the reservation, it is understood that you are familiar with the house rules and that you will adhere to them.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Upon arrival, call the contact number of Apartment Ana***. At the address Opekarska ul. 8, 6000 Koper, you will be received by a responsible person with whom you will arrange check-in and collect the keys. Reservations are only possible with the presentation of an identity document or other official document, which must include: first name, last name, address, date of birth, place of birth and number document.
  • The apartment is available at 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
  • If you want the reserved suite to be available to you already in the morning on the day of arrival, we will charge you for the suite for the previous night as well, because it was not rented due to the early hour.
  • On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10 a.m.


LIVING

  • Guests receive keys upon check-in, which you return upon departure. When leaving the room, be careful not to leave the keys on the inside of the lock, as in this case we will not be able to unlock the door.
  • Please always close the main entrance door in the evening. Every time you leave the apartment or the windows and doors of the room must be closed.
  • Smoking is strictly  prohibited in apartments and other indoor spaces. In case of non-compliance  with the prohibition, the guest will cover the resulting damage.
  • In case of deliberate triggering of a fire alarm without cause or triggering due to smoking, cooking, etc., in premises where this is prohibited, the perpetrator shall cover the costs of firefighting intervention.


PETS

  • Pets are not allowed.


CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • During your stay in the apartments, you are obliged to take care of the order and cleanliness of the apartment.
  • Before leaving the apartment, please wash all the dishes behind you and put them away, if you use the oven only clean it thoroughly and empty the trash cans.
  • Only final cleaning is included in the price of your stay. If you would like your apartment or room to be cleaned more often, please notify us at +386 69 993 131. The service is charged according to the applicable price list.


PERSONAL ITEMS

  • Apartment Ana*** does not assume any responsibility for money, jewellery, securities and other items that the guest keeps in the room, apartment or in the car. We are not responsible for guests' personal property, but we will do everything possible to secure it and warn you of possible dangers.
  • Apartment Ana*** is also not responsible for any damage to cars parked in the parking lot.
  • Before leaving, check that you haven't forgotten  anything. Found items are sent to your home only at your request.

Supervision of compliance with the house rules is carried out by: the owner and manager. The aforementioned have the right to check compliance with the house rules at any time, without the permission of the guests, anywhere in the premises of Apartment Ana***.

  • The overnight stay of guests who are not registered and who have not paid for their stay is prohibited. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge an additional night's stay.
  • Please do not damage or remove inventory. It is also not desirable to change the layout of the interior. The guest is responsible for leaving the room or apartment in the condition in which he/she received it.
  • The guest is responsible for damage caused by his fault or by the fault of those for whom he is responsible and those who visit him. Apartment Ana*** reserves the right to charge the guest for all discovered damage, regardless of when the damage was discovered.
  • If there is any damage to the apartment, please notify us immediately by calling +386 69 993 131.
  • From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., a quiet night is required. During this time, please do not unnecessarily disturb the staff or other guests or residents.
  • Please respect other guests or residents and treat them as you would like them to treat you.
  • We kindly ask you to:
  • do not disturb other residents with radios, televisions and other devices,
  • in case of storms, turn off all electrical devices
  • use energy safely and efficiently
  • If you have the air conditioner on, do not open the windows
  • The possession and consumption of drugs or the possession of weapons is strictly prohibited! In case of non-compliance with this rule, we have the right to confiscate such goods and notify the police.


    • FIRE SAFETY

    • When you arrive at the house, familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan and the arrangement of fire extinguishers in the building.
    • If you notice a fire, immediately call the fire department at 112. In the event of a fire, leave the house as soon as possible. If the route is closed due to the fire, stay in the room, seal any cracks in the door with wet towels and draw attention to yourself if the window is open.
    • Use fire extinguishers in accordance with the instructions. Abuse of the device is charged.
    • Please be careful when cooking. Always make sure to turn off the electrical panel before leaving the apartment.
    • The introduction of flammable and explosive substances or substances with an unpleasant smell into the premises of the Apartment is strictly prohibited.

    Guests who, despite warnings, will violate the rules of the house, will be asked to leave the apartment immediately. In doing so, they will have to pay 100% of the price of the arrangement and all incurred costs caused by not following the house rules.
